Best time to shoot a newborn baby is 5-20 days as they tend to sleep most of the time during this age. Kindly discuss with us if your baby is more than 20 days old.

You are encouraged to book your session with us at least 2 weeks in advance before your due date to confirm your desired slot (subject to slot availability). We understand that the delivery date may change due to the uncertainty of the newborn’s arrival. However, you can rest assured that your booking will not be compromised and we will fulfill our commitments.

50% deposit is required to book your appointment slot. The balance payment must be made via online transfer after the photoshoot session and before the photo sharing process.

Yes, we do. Our professional door-to-door service is available for newborn photography within Selangor & KL in less than 50km from our studio. Transportation charges may apply for door service.

No, it's not inclusive of transportation fee. Additional transportation charges may apply if you opt for door service, please confirm your location with us before placing your booking.

Please ensure that you have large & spacious area (3m x 3m), otherwise it will be hard for us to arrange the photoshoot session. We would strongly encourage you come to our studio to avoid all this issue. If you are unsure of your space size, kindly do discuss with us before we coming over.

There will be 2 people in a team coming over: 1 photographer + 1 assistant.

If the jaundice level is minor then we can still proceed with the photoshoot session, rest assured that the photo editor team is able to edit away any yellowness & blemishes.

1. Our team are fully vaccinated.
2. Our photographer & assistant will be wearing face masks all the time & sanitizing their hands before handling your baby.
3. They will be wearing vest and apron during the photoshoot session..
4. All our props will also be sanitizing on the spot during the theme set up.
5. All our newborn outfits are washed regularly. We strictly do not encourage reuse of the same outfits between sessions and the outfits availability may vary. Best to discuss with us before the photoshoot session.

Yes, we are a pet-friendly studio and you may include your fur kids in the photoshoot. Kindly take note owners have a duty of care towards the animals in their charge. Any damages or extra cleaning fee in the studio will be charged to the owner.

After balance payment is made, all non-edited photos will be shared to you to choose for editing via google drive link within 2-3 working days. Once we received your list of photos to be edited, the edited photos will be shared to you within 3-4 weeks for your approval to proceed for printing. As for final production, the process will take about 1-2 weeks.

Yes, we definitely can rush 1 edited photo for you. Just let us know by when you need it and we will deliver 1 edited photo within 3 days.
